Power with
boundaries.

The security rules are enforced by the server. A prompt cannot override them.

01

Access tied to your business

Every access grant is tied to a specific user, business, workspace, product, connection, and selected asset.

02

Only the access a feature needs

Good Productivity requests provider access for a named feature through a fixed set of operations.

03

Encrypted credentials

Provider credentials are encrypted and tied to the business and connection that approved them.

04

Changes off by default

Founder Read cannot change provider data. Action mode must be turned on by an authorized user and stays within the approved limits.

05

Human approval

If an action falls outside approved limits or could have a material effect, it stops and shows the exact change for approval.

06

Verification after action

A provider response is not enough. Good Productivity checks that the requested change actually happened.

07

Your work belongs to you

Business decisions, files, approvals, and exported work belong to the customer.

08

Disconnect and delete

Connections and action access can be removed separately. Verified deletion requests are supported.

Public commitments

Clear before you connect. Clear about every result.

Good Productivity does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models. The result needed for a requested feature may be sent to the AI workspace the user selected.
