These Terms are an agreement between the business or authorized user accessing Good Productivity and Good Productivity, LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are authorized to act for the business account you access.
Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Good Productivity for a company or other organization, “you” includes that organization, and you represent that you have authority to bind it. An order form, product grant, data-processing agreement, or other written agreement may add terms; if it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the service only for a business you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for activity under your tenant and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Authentication establishes identity; tenant membership, product grants, provider connections, and asset selection determine authorization.
The service and operating modes
Good Productivity provides structured AI operating systems, business-data connections, analysis, recommendations, project context, and policy-bounded tools. Founder Read provides visibility without provider mutation authority. Founder Operator permits only actions available within the authenticated tenant’s approved objective, scope, permissions, exposure, and stop conditions. Changes remain off unless an authorized user intentionally enables the applicable authority.
Features, limits, connectors, client compatibility, and availability may change. We may improve or discontinue parts of the service and will provide notice where required by an applicable agreement or law.
Connected services and AI clients
Provider access is limited to permissions shown during connection and operations exposed by Good Productivity. You must have authority to connect each provider account and asset. Provider availability, quotas, reviews, policies, and outages may affect the service. Good Productivity does not grant access to a provider account you do not already control.
ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Claude Code, Google, Meta, HubSpot, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Stripe, and other named services are independent third-party products. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. Mention of a service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
AI output and professional-advice boundary
AI-generated or model-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Review recommendations, sources, assumptions, evidence gaps, approvals, and paused drafts before relying on them or using them in live operations. The quality of the information you provide affects the quality of the output.
The founder or authorized business user makes the final decision. Founder CFO and other products do not replace licensed legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Do not rely on the service as the sole system of record or as a guarantee of revenue, profitability, ranking, compliance, financing, or another commercial result.
Customer data, instructions, and ownership
You retain rights in information, files, business evidence, instructions, and materials you provide, subject to the rights of connected providers and other parties. You give Good Productivity the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and use that information to provide, secure, support, and improve your user-facing service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions of the information and instructions you provide.
Good Productivity and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, product design, documentation, operating frameworks, and trademarks. We do not claim ownership of your customer-owned decision records or business artifacts. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you publicly or disclosing your confidential information.
Fees, orders, and taxes
Any fees, usage limits, billing periods, renewal terms, refund terms, and taxes will be stated in an accepted order form or checkout before payment. Unless an applicable order states otherwise, access offered without a stated fee may be changed or discontinued. You remain responsible for third-party provider charges associated with accounts you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, provider policy, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, security controls, sanctions, or another party’s account boundaries. Do not submit malware; attempt to extract credentials; bypass tenant isolation; impersonate another person; reverse engineer restricted components; interfere with service integrity; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; widen an authorization grant; access unrestricted provider endpoints; automate prohibited decisions; or use output to cause unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Good Productivity disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Productivity, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data; or losses caused by third-party services, provider decisions, unauthorized instructions, or reliance on unreviewed AI output. Any negotiated liability cap or remedy in an applicable signed order controls. If there is no signed order, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or limit access to protect users, providers, the platform, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; prevent abuse; or address violations. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and restrictions—survive termination.
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and venue
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
